Solid, wooden gates open into a little courtyard, covered with gravel. The houses main facade faces south and the outbuilding stands opposite. A grassy section takes over, beyond the buildings, and there are no nuisances. This house, spanning two levels under an attic floor, features five windows on the facade and three mansard-style roof dormers level with the attic space. A chimney stack, on each of the gables, enhances the buildings symmetry. The roof is covered with slate. The garden is enclosed by walls.
The houseOutside, rendering covers the main sections with exposed quarry stone blocks forming the quoins. The overall appearance is extremely classical and, therefore, both the house and its setting are of good proportions.
The entrance hall provides access to a lounge, with a stone fireplace, a dining room as well as access to the first floor and to the cellar. Adjoining the lounge is a kitchen, followed by a toilet and, adjoining the dining room, a bathroom. This level features three types of floor coverings: parquet flooring laid in two different patterns and tiles. The ceiling goes up to a height of 2.70 m.
A wooden stairway goes up to two bedrooms and their water supply point. One of the two bedrooms still has its original fireplace. A third, smaller bedroom, takes up the space between the two large bedrooms. There is wooden flooring throughout.
The attic space is reached via the wooden stairway. It spans a floor surface area that could easily be converted with three mansard-style roof dormers that let in copious amounts of light.
A stone stairway goes down to a first, blind room and a second, aired via a basement window. The outbuildingConstructed facing the main house, this outbuilding can easily take three vehicles. The 7 m high ceiling makes the building even more spacious. It includes two small rooms which have been laid out with direct access from the garden.
